Welcome to Israel! Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport where our representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome dinner and orientation with your group.

Begin with a tour of ancient Jaffa, walking through its atmospheric alleyways and enjoying Mediterranean views. Continue north along the coast to Caesarea — the former Roman capital of the region — where you'll explore the crusader city, ancient aqueduct, and restored amphitheater. Travel on to Megiddo (biblical Armageddon) before arriving at your Galilee hotel.

A boat ride across the Sea of Galilee sets the tone for the day. Visit the ancient boat museum at Ginnosar, the Mount of Beatitudes, Tabgha (Church of the Loaves and Fish with its remarkable 4th-century mosaic floor), and the synagogue ruins at Capernaum.

Journey to Nazareth to visit the Church of the Annunciation, St. Joseph's Workshop, and Mary's Well. Ascend Mount Tabor for panoramic views of the Jezreel Valley. Visit Cana of Galilee before returning to your hotel.

Drive to the Golan Heights for breathtaking views from Mount Bental. Visit the Banias nature reserve (ancient Caesarea Philippi and a source of the Jordan River). Explore the mystical hilltop city of Safed — center of the Kabbalah movement — including the Ari and Joseph Caro synagogues and the artists' quarter.

Travel south through the Jordan Valley. Stop at Beit She'an to see the remarkably preserved Roman-era city. Continue to Jerusalem with a panoramic stop at Mount Scopus for your first breathtaking view of the Holy City.

A full day in Jerusalem's Old City. Walk the ramparts, visit the Western Wall (Kotel), explore the Jewish and Armenian Quarters, walk the Via Dolorosa, and visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. See the Temple Mount area, the Roman Cardo, and Mount Zion with the Tomb of King David and the Room of the Last Supper.

Visit Yad Vashem — Israel's powerful Holocaust memorial and museum. Tour the Israel Museum including the Shrine of the Book (housing the Dead Sea Scrolls) and the Holyland Model of ancient Jerusalem. Drive past the Knesset (Israeli Parliament). Visit Ein Karem, the birthplace of John the Baptist.

Descend to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth at nearly 1,300 feet below sea level. Ascend Masada by cable car to explore King Herod's mountaintop fortress — with its ancient walls, palaces, synagogue, and bathhouses. Stop at the Qumran Caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Enjoy time to float in the mineral-rich Dead Sea waters.
